Misleading Listing and Completely Unprofessional Host

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a host. The listing failed to provide essential information about the apartment’s location and, most importantly, that the apartment is on the 4th floor with NO LIFT — a crucial detail for two ladies over 70 years old, for whom climbing several flights of stairs was simply not possible. This completely changed the reality of what was being booked and shows a serious lack of transparency. Ultimately, we had no choice but to not check in and urgently find another place to stay. When I raised the issue and tried to discuss a refund, the host was communicating at the beginning, than at last he chose to ignore my messages rather than take responsibility or handle the matter professionally. The apartment itself was also not worth the price asked, you can see from the pictures. Broken pieces, poor maintenance and dirty. Poor value for money, incomplete and misleading information, unprofessional attitude, and zero customer care. I would not recommend booking with this host.
