Very good
Convenient central location with private parking
Liked: Unusual hotel sharing a building with a student hostel, which gives it a young atmosphere. Very well located in central Turin with private parking, for a fee. Spacious room. Pets are accepted, also for a fee.
Disliked: The room was gloomily lit. The room rate + parking fee + dog fee meant it was not optimum value. Breakfast is in a noisy ground floor café.
Clean & quiet hotel close to Marconi metro
Liked: Good hotel, well located, clean and quiet at a very good price for a long weekend.
Disliked: Rooms could be refreshed with some new paint. Towels could be of better quality. Amenities should be checked and refilled daily (e.g., water bottles, shower gel).
Liked: Gym is great to have. Location is very good. Nice courtyard for a coffee / breakfast from the in-house cafe. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel room was shabby, with worn and squeaky bed, very hard mattress, damaged walls, worn bathroom. Horrible cold light in the room. Everything in the room super basic and definitely doesn’t feel cozy. It is basically a student hostel which I mistook for a hotel.
Liked: The hotel offers breakfast and/or food can be purchased à la carte from the cafe. They have a washer and dryer facility in the basement. They offer a lot of lounge space downstairs. There is an amazing restaurant for dinner across the street; we ate there twice on our 3 night stay in Torino.
Liked: The room was pretty comfortable, the location good, close to Parco Valentino and the metro. The breakfast was also good, especially the excellent home-made cakes, and the fruits were of high quality. Staff were very nice and accommodating. You should go to Papa Lele's ice cream shop which is close by. Fantastic gelato.
Disliked: The bed was maybe not the most comfortable. The signal for the emergency light shines a constant light and the room is therefore never completely dark at night. Those sensitive to such things should definitely bring a mask to shade the eyes. I couldn't have fallen asleep witbout it.
