  Great, but could be better

  Liked: Location is brilliant all within walking distance of metro, tram and bus. Staff are friendly & helpful.

  Disliked: They didn’t have any real catering or breakfast options. There are plenty nearby. But it felt a bit lacking facility wise.

  Bring your own toilet paper and don’t expect to get any sleep. The staff are frightening

  Liked: It was clean and reception is 24/7 it’s clean and the location was perfect for my travel plans

  Disliked: I had to ask three different people for toilet paper there was none brought. I was told there is a bidet instead to use. The reception followed me upstairs when I came back late one night. He then returned ten mins later knocking on my door. After midnight it was terrifying. The cleaners were super loud as soon as they arrived and till they left. So I had to pay for another night as check in was 11am but I was exhausted from being woke up and lack of sleep. They also around 9am barged in no knocking and I was naked in bed. There are much cheaper places to stay in the area. They could t even recommend good places to eat. When I went to address the issues I was told the cleaner incident was my fault I should put do not disturb. I said they should knock first also that doesn’t excuse their loud behaviour all morning. It’s a hotel we’re guests come to sleep not party.
