  Liked: Liked the staff and location

  Disliked: The spa was a bit disappointing. Both hot tubs were cold, as was the pool.

  Highly recommended to others

  Liked: Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, well located and great staff who were bi-lingual and assisted me with accomodation in Gressoney La Triinite.

  Disliked: The lift was a little 'dodgy' but I soon learnt all the lifts in Italy were the same. Just very old, but effective e.g. They did there job.

  A real treat. Great location and hotel made it a very pleasant experience

  Liked: The spa was excellent especially as it was included!. The outdoor space was very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful, liked the tough of complementary drinks in room fridge and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
