  A low 3-Star sold at the price of mid 4-Star experience

  Liked: The staff was friendly and tried to help us within their own abilities but that wasn’t sufficient. Breakfast was okay, luckily we are not picky and could find a fair amount of Whole Foods, fruits and vegetables - it wasn’t a highlight of the stay though.

  Disliked: The cleanliness is something that is not negotiable, the bathroom wasn’t filthy but neither clean. As we were two adults and two kids we had a room with a double bed and an extensible sofa, the bed had a duvet while the extensible sofa had only a thin blanket that was dirty. We asked for a second duvet and they said the best they can do is a second blanket so we got that but no cover to pack both blankets in. So sleep wasn’t the most comfortable trying to dodge the dirty blankets that we tried to cover with a regular bed sheet. So yeah, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

  Comfortable and convenient for major roads

  Liked: Comfortable room, good space and nice shower. Helpful staff and option of secure parking was reassuring. It was easy to take a bus/ tram into the city centre.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed while we were there and the air conditioning unit in our room was noisy, although it kept us cool.

  Disappointing due to the air conditioning

  Disliked: The air conditioning was very noisey, making it impossible to sleep whilst it was on. So you had to make the choice between no air or no sleep. Also I have emailed twice about a pair of sunglasses that we left at the hotel but not had a response.

  Liked: Great room. Great service. Price Quality. Enjoyed my stay

  Disliked: A bit too far from the old town part (by foot with 34°C) and the bus took about an hour. So a quick trip to the hotel in between isn't that fast.
