  Disappointed

Liked: The swimming pool was good and some of the staff were quite helpful at times.

Disliked: The AC didn’t work at first at all, the remote control was faulty, the room was so dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few weeks, the bedding had stains on them. Once we told them about the AC, apparently they fixed it but still blew warm air through our stay. Cleaners would come and do half a job and I had to tell them constantly to replace the bedding as my little boy had allergies, towels were not replaced and on one occasion we had no access to water for about 8 hours.
