Pleasant
Liked: I truly enjoyed my stay at Anezi Tower Hotel. Everything was excellent! The breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, the cleanliness was great, and the swimming pool was wonderful. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only minor downside is that some renovation work is currently taking place in certain areas of the hotel. Unfortunately, the workers start drilling quite early in the morning, which can be disturbing and sometimes wakes you up. Apart from that, everything was fantastic. I would happily stay here again!

Disliked: Strange smell of rotten banana from the room. No extractor fan in the bathroom or hook to hang your clothes. So room would steam up. Amenities in the bedroom were lacking, fridge but no complimentary water and we were told by reception to buy some for 50dh. Reception staff are cold and I have never been to a hotel where the staff are so inattentive. Breakfast was poor. Lacked choice, empty chaffing trays and coffee machine giving mocha regardless the selection you pressed. On purpose third day they removed the toasting facilities so no toast for breakfast. This is a 3 star at most. Booking.com needs to seriously consider their rating. Every time you walked through reception, there was always a disgruntled guest. We wanted to move to another hotel the next day and made a complaint on booking.com. we have not been contacted by management and leave today. Please don't stay here if hotel amenities are important to you.

Liked: Room was incredible. Confortable, good shower, amazing location and view. Good breakfast and clean room.
Disliked: Elevators were a bit slow on getting to your floor. Not speed wise but just a long time waiting for the elevator when you call it.
