Very good
Liked: The apartment was very spacious. The host was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Elevators were really useful to get to our apartment.
Confusing address and poor communication
Liked: The apartment had a good size and some basic facilities were available. The location was also relatively convenient once we finally found it.
Disliked: The building name and address provided by the host were different from what was shown on Booking.com. Because of this, even local people could not recognize the building, and we faced a lot of confusion finding it. There was also poor communication, and it took a long time to get assistance after arrival. In addition, some facilities were not working properly, such as one of the TVs. I strongly recommend the host to provide the correct building name and flat number to avoid confusion for future guests.

Liked: Really lovely apartment, good size, comply living room. Had a movie night. Good location
Liked: The place is clean in terms of the floors and the kitchen to some extent, and bathroom supplies are available.
Disliked: From the moment we arrived until we left, we never met the receptionist in person, only by phone. The apartment had a bad smell, the bathroom was broken, and the bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, so we couldn’t sleep. The place is located among clinics or hospitals, with many beggars and stray cats around.
Excellent facilities, well managed and convenient location
Liked: Spacious and comfortable apartment with mod cons. Really good value. Large living room with large modern TV (Netflix /Prime Video apps etc) and space for relaxation. Beds were firm but comfortable. The building was secure and the lifts were working. There was a washing machine and the kitchen had essentials although we didnt cook much. The large fridge freezer was good. Extra blankets were provided. There are two toilets - one in a bathroom off the main bedroom and the other in a separate washroom without a shower or bath. I can recommend the restaurant on the street corner too. Wifi worked well.
Disliked: The taxi driver had difficulty finding the Apartment block because the address given was a bit vague but we found it eventually via the maps. It is nextdoor to Clinique Argane, which most taxi drivers can find. There was nowhere to dry clothers after washing. There were crumbs on the living room rug, which the cleaners must have missed. Otherwise the place was really nice and clean. The flat was on the 5th floor but the lift was good.
