Good
Liked: This apartment is amazing! So clean and cozy, with a beautiful view and a lovely terrace. We took walks at night in the garden next to the apartment it was wonderful. We accidentally broke something and told the owner, asking if there was a fine, but he was super friendly and didn't charge us anything. If you're looking for an apartment in the city center in a safe neighborhood, I really recommend it. It's quiet and the staff are friendly. This place deserves a 10/10!

Liked: There was nothing to like about this apartment, falsely listed
Disliked: The property is not next to the beach or marina, its named to attract customers, I arrived with my family only to find out it’s an 1 hour 20 mins walk from the beach and about 40 mins driving. Tried to cancel but the owner refused. I then walked out and found an apartment closer to the beach. Which cost me extra but for family we have to do the best we can for them, please don’t use this apartment if I can save one of you from this crook I have done my job.
Room for improvement but cheap
Liked: I enjoyed the Alfresco apartment, quirky arrangement and liked the quiet privacy of being on the roof. Felt a bit like Glamping. Good shower. Cheap price. Quiet friendly neighbourhood.
Disliked: It is NOT close to the marina but close to the main road that leads to the marina so expect a bit of traffic noise. It takes over 1 hour to walk to marina. The sunloungers were both broken and the parasol was missing so no shade available in the sun. The owner lives in another country so is negligent in his care although did respond quite quick on WhatsApp. The kitchen could be better equipped, a frying pan with no handle was difficult to use and caused burns. For those with mobility issues take account that there are over 50 stairs to reach the apartment, personally we found this good exercise but others may struggle. Seating is stained and needs a good scrub. We replaced the disgusting washing up scourer with a new one, bought washing up liquid and toilet rolls which we left for the next tenant. Lack of storage in living area, only one very small table, not 2 as shown in photo. I put my travel bag on top of the wardrobe which unfortunately was thick with dust! Didn't understand why the fridge freezer was on the worktop making it difficult to reach items in the freezer. Ironing board needs a new cover.

Disliked: De appartement was not as shown on booking, the neighborhood is like a ghost town, and everything was dirty, rusted and old

Liked: A two-bedroom apartment with a very clean living room. The beds and sheets are clean, which is the most important thing in all these apartments. It is located in a residential area, isolated and quiet, and is worth trying again
