Pleasant
Cheap, great staff nice room
Liked: Look some of the reviews are absolutely lies, some justified. Is it the ritz no. What do you people want for the money??!! My room k25 was modern had great aircon, ok ill had to ask 6 times for a controller. It was immaculately cleaned daily, with fresh bedding and towels. The maids are fantastic, as are all the staff, all very friendly. The grounds that the hotels in are lovely, especially near the main reception at night. An area hardly used. The pool areas are also kept clean and again for the money fantastic.
Disliked: The ques, the pool bar is a bit crazy, but I noticed politeness and smile gets you served quicker 😀. The restaurant, food is often cold. Although often very tasty. Its absolute nightmare at busy times to find a table or find one with cutlery. It needs to be managed a lot better!!! Several mornings i stayed juice wasnt available at breakfast times, as cheap as my stay was, its something that needs looking at. As lovely as my room was, it was extremely noisy until around 2 am, I was overlooking a bar/club, im partially deaf and kept me up 🤣. My balcony was spacious but the area in front of it was disgusting, a shame as a quick 10 min tidy up could rectify that.

Disliked: No organisation when it comes to food and drinks You can wait at the pool bar for 30 minutes and still not get served, if you have breasts your fine

Liked: I enjoyed the food and entertainment. The atmosphere was brilliant and the staff are friendly and nice.
Disliked: The rooms need improvement and the TVs are quiet old.
Food terrible choice and cold but the animation is good moroccan butlins
Liked: The room was fine for the price i expected what i got. The animation team made this holiday for sure its like a moroccan butlins
Disliked: The food for all inclusive was shocking! I ended up eating out every day and night so that was not work paying all inclusive
Rude people, deplorabe place
Liked: The obly professionals and kind workers were at the dinner room. THE ONLY ONE.
Disliked: Rude staf, unpolite, unrespectefull
