Liked: We had a lovely stay, mainly thanks to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, especially Hassan and Youssef, who really made us feel at home. The breakfast was fabulous! We especially loved the crêpe station. The staff truly made the difference, and we would happily return just for the warm hospitality we received from them!

Disliked: The only downside was that the room itself felt a little dated and could definitely benefit from some renovation.

Recommend it and will return in future

Liked: Amazing staff, went above and beyond. Clean rooms and nice pool, gym and restaurant. Breakfast had a good selection.

Disliked: A little far from the beach but a pleasant walk to the promenade, less than 1km

Disliked: The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room for three days. Every time we reported it, staff gave us the same excuses: “We’ve never heard of this issue,” “We’ll look into it,” or “We’ll ask the technician.” Nothing ever happened, and every new receptionist seemed completely unaware of the problem. Judging by other reviews, this has been an issue for years. The most frustrating part wasn’t the lack of Wi-Fi, but the empty promises and the feeling that we were being deliberately misled. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious.

Excellent stay in a very nice neighbourhood

Liked: The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood with very good restaurants around and still not very fare from the huge beach. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious treats and fresh juices - excellent! The staff are very friendly and helpful as well in organizing transportation. I can recommend as well the SPA as I enjoyed a soothing massage.
