  Liked: I had a great stay here. Lots of helpful staff. The breakfast was incredible, great variety and very tasty. Very modern and clean hotel. Good location. Brahim very kind and helpful.

  First trip to Morocco

  Liked: Everything was great from the moment we checked in, to checking out and until we left the hotel. All the staff were amazing, very welcoming, and made sure to meet our needs. I want to thank our housekeeping staff Fadwa for being very welcoming and making sure we had everything that we needed and made sure everything was clean and tidy. I rate Fadwa 10/10. I want to thank the concierge Mohamed and Issam for being welcoming, kind, and caring throughout our stay. Especially with helping us with our luggage during check out. I want to thank the security Mohamed for being very helpful and making sure we were okay during our stay. I want to thank the reception staff Ibtissam and Mohamed for being nice, welcoming, and meeting our needs. I am especially thankful for Mohamed for booking our camel ride, which we enjoyed thoroughly. I want to thank Rachid for being very helpful in helping us to find the souk and another shop that sold things that we needed to buy. He made sure to meet our needs and was very approachable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was very great and dinner as well, we were lucky to experience the dinner buffet twice during our stay. The food was amazing all throughout our stay. The amenities were also great within the hotel. Our stay was very great and we are very thankful to yous all for keeping us safe and making sure we explored the city safely. Thank you once again, we will miss yous all and we will remember this trip fondly.

  Lovely, friendly stay and excellent value for money

  Liked: The property was beautiful, smelled gorgeous, was clean and well looked after. It was perfectly located for us as we were a 5 min taxi ride from the Ironman which we were taking part in. It is just over the road from the Kings palace and a 15 min walk from the sea front. Taxis were always available outside and were very cheap. The staff were SUPERB. They literally could not do enough for you and were always happy and friendly and respectful.

  Disliked: There was just a it of an issue with the WiFi - it fell in and out a bit and didn’t work on our tv at all.

  Could be 8 or 9 if it had been better managed

  Liked: Great gym, nice pool, wide variety of breakfast, comfortable beds, handy mini market in the building

  Disliked: Some of the services are poor. I used the laundry service twice and while I paid 90mad for 8 shirts, 3 shorts and some underwear, the next time they charged me 250mad for 2 pants. They offer hammam & massage service at an outside partner, as they don’t have it in house. The massage was great, but the hammam was poor quality having no steam bath at all. There are no balls available at the table-tennis while the billiard tables are worn and bad conditions

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere. A special thanks to Ibtissam and El Hassan at the reception for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They were always helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their excellent service truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back!
