  Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ghizlane, who made our holiday truly unforgettable and perfect.   Great stay, lovely hotel and fantastic service

  Liked: Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Agadir! I arrived earlier than the normal check-in time and was offered an early check-in along with a lovely upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a great start to the holiday! A special mention to Zineb on reception, who was absolutely fantastic throughout my stay. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She showed me to my room and took the time to explain everything about the hotel and the local area. She was also really supportive with advice on excursions, places to visit, things to do and how much I should expect to pay, which was really useful. The rooms were good, clean and tidy, with fresh bottles of water provided every day. The food was also really good, with plenty of choice, especially at dinner. I particularly enjoyed the Moroccan-themed evening, which was a nice touch and something a little different. On my last day, I had a late flight, and Zineb was again really helpful in arranging a late checkout so I could keep my room until later in the afternoon, which made a big difference. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the hotel had everything I needed. A big thank you to Zineb for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She’s a real credit to the hotel! Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!
