It truly exceeded my expectations
Liked: Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was excellent, with a lovely swimming pool, delicious food, and outstanding staff who were always friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. However, the furniture and facilities inside the room felt quite old. The bed, doors, and other fittings could do with some updating. The TV also didn't have a remote control, so I had to get up every time I wanted to turn it on or off or change the channel. These are only small points, as the room was spotless, but I think renovating some of the room facilities would make the overall experience even better.
Liked: Staff are friendly
Disliked: Mosquito in the room
Not as expected
Liked: We have just got back from a week in el tamlet Agadir just myself & 15 year old daughter and what a shambles I wish I never went tbh! The transfer from the airport I ended up having to tip a random man that took my bags thinking he was part of the transfer he wasn’t just money money money mad. The location was great but around the hotel was dated and needed a good painting and bleaching. The atmosphere and vibe made our holiday the entertainment staff work endlessly to make everyone have the best time. Becraful at night outside the complex isn’t safe at all. I wish I could say I would go back would I wouldn’t please read the reviewed before booking at you might be as disappointed at us
