Liked: The location is amazing with great breakfast, room view just waw I enjoyed the stay a lot and I would like to thanks the receptionist lhaja she is just amazing with her professional customer service she made my day
Disliked: 1- the staff needs to be trained well 2- no prayer Matt in the rooms witch makes me feel bad we are Muslim country so please put at least 1 per room. 3- The cleaning team the need a customer service training as well instead of fighting with guests.

Liked: Our room was compact but clean and comfy.
Disliked: I waited 20mins for someone to take me ans my bags to room i ended up taking bags and finding room myself I appreciate there was other guests to show to rooms but other people who hadnt been waiting asking were taken first. On my departure I called reception 3 times to get help with my bags and the phone was answered and put down. I think there could be more fruit on offer for breakfast.

A nice 3 days stay to see the city and relax at the beach
Liked: - Location (close to the beach, not far from Marina and Telepherique station, proximity to various native restaurants) - The room (sufficiently spacious, pretty terrace with a nice seaview, good WiFi) - The food (adequately diverse, of good quality and enough for everybody) - Facilities (nice pool, a douche to wash away sand after the beach) - A very picturesque territory - The staff (helpful and eager to assist)
Disliked: - Surprising absence of hot drinks for supper - Crowdy at breakfast and dinner time (to find a place for 2 was not an easy task!) - Scarce froot supply (once we saw grapes, normally just melons and apples) - Timetable of the pool (starts at 10.00, while tenants should be given opportunity to swim before breakfast, which is a normal practice) - No towels provided to use on the beach and at the pool (tenants are required to pledge money, which is unusual) - Absence of international English-speaking TV channels
