Fabulous
Not value for money!
Liked: This hotel is definitely not good value for money. It felt more like staying at a cheap all-inclusive resort in Benidorm than at a hotel of this price. Guests would reserve sun loungers with their towels first thing in the morning, making it almost impossible to find a place to relax by the pool unless you got there very early. However, the lifeguard was lovely and always did his best to help us find a sun lounger. Most of the staff were very friendly, and the food was good. The Moroccan restaurant was particularly excellent, with delicious food and outstanding service.
Disliked: When we arrived, the room had only been prepared for two people, even though we had booked and paid a considerable amount for three. The sofa bed had not been made up, so we contacted reception. They sent someone to prepare it, but he forgot to bring a third towel. When I saw him again and asked for the missing towel, he told me we would have to pay extra for it. I assume this was a language barrier issue, but in the end, the three of us had to share just two towels. The worst part, however, was the ants. There were ants crawling on the walls and even on the headboard of the bed! When I reported this to reception, they sent someone to spray insecticide. What surprised me most was that the staff member knew exactly where the ants were coming from, which made me wonder whether this was already a known problem. It would have been much better if the hotel had dealt with it before guests arrived, rather than spraying insecticide in an occupied room just before bedtime. Considering the price we paid, these issues were extremely disappointing and certainly not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. We do not drink and we do not eat that much so maybe for us it wasn't value fir money.

Good hotel, slightly underwhelming
Liked: Overall, fine hotel and ok amenities. Location and pool was fine, but nothing WOW. Staff were nice. Great for the beach and having to beds on the beach was excellent.
Disliked: Food was quite samey, pretty much all the same choices for lunch and dinner. Occasional slight changes ( sushi once per week as an example) but pretty much same.
The hotel were spectacular and everyone were smiles and helpful 👍

Fifi is the best!
Liked: The hotel was fine, I have been 3 times now. Needs a bit of updating I think. The highlight though is the staff. The staff are wonderful, in particular Fifi on the entertainment team. She made not just my holiday special but also all the friends and families around me. She is a true asset. Kind, fun, helpful. The kids love her, the parents love her. She made the stay wonderful and I will come back for a fourth time because of Fifi.
