Liked: Apartment was good it was neat clean and tidy Manager katty was really good guided us around city and driven us also to food place Highly recommended

Liked: Very Disappointed the air condition was not working at all it was too hot and if we open the windows the bad smell of fish comes next door fish company when we complained to the manager she come and check then she said will send technician tomorrow we were waiting next day no one came I contacted to manager she sent me whats up massage the Landlord refused to fix it I waited my money but I don’t want someone else waste money I highly recommend do not book this apartment very rude Landlord

Unexpected deposit and pressure from staff
Liked: The apartments was clean and spacious. Was prepared baby cot bed too. Bedding was fresh and towels too.in the kitchen we found coffee, sugar, salt, oil was it very helpful. Shower was good too, with strong pressure.
Disliked: I have a lot of negative things to say about this apartment. I travelling a lot, but here was a first time in my experience that staff gave me so strong pressure that i did feel like in prison. On our arrival arrived manager with all paperwork and unexpected asked us to pay €200 deposit which is crazy while i paid for 2 nights £80. I didn’t had that money straight away and i tried to manage it, next day i received long message with pressure to pay deposit. I did started to feel that i will be scammed, because maybe something not working in apartments and i will be accused that i did broke and in that way i will loose my money. Honestly, nowhere i did not pay deposit if i book through booking.com. We ended up just ignoring them and told them to come with police if they have problems with us. Another thing, that all apartments smell poo poo. We did found that if we opening windows them smell is very strong. Maybe because of constructions outside, but it was very annoyed as i m very sensitive for bad smells. Other things what was let us down that we didn’t found any shower gel in the shower, and no washing liquid for washing machine. My advice is to be careful with this apartment.

Nice appartement but customer service is lacking
Liked: The apartment itself was beautiful and well-maintained, exactly as shown in the pictures.
Disliked: However, the woman who welcomed me was not very friendly, which made the check-in experience a bit uncomfortable. During my stay, she also sent me a few chat messages that made me feel uneasy. It’s a shame, because otherwise the apartment was great.
Spotlessly clean with very good management
Liked: The space was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. Katty, the Manager, deserves the highest praise. She was incredibly helpful, highly organized, and efficient, having everything fully under control. She even helped us choose and book local activities.
Disliked: The only minor issue we experienced was that the air conditioning was out of service during our stay, due to maintenance. Fortunately, the autumn weather was mild, with temperatures around 24°C, which meant this was not a major inconvenience. Having a functioning A/C would have been preferred, as we generally like the room to be quite cool. Also it would have been very helpful to have an ironing board/station available in the apartment.
