Good
Left us in two minds about returning to the hotel
Liked: The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal. Every single member of the staff is incredibly friendly and truly cannot do enough for you. All of the public spaces—including the pool, lobby, restaurant, and bars—are modern and exceptionally well-maintained. There is also a very convenient on-site coordinator who can easily arrange trips and excursions for you. A special mention must go to a young man named Badredine, who is at the hotel on work experience. He provided the absolute best service of our entire stay, demonstrating outstanding professionalism and care.
Disliked: The rooms are clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, but the property is in desperate need of an update. This was our third stay, and we have yet to have a working fridge in our room. While the air conditioning worked this time, that hasn't always been the case in the past, and the bathrooms are all overdue for a complete revamp.. One of the young evening bar staff members was incredibly lazy, spending his time constantly on his mobile phone while leaving the bar looking a mess. We love the comfort here, but the lack of maintenance and poor service are becoming hard to ignore.
Not a holiday I will remember fondly, this was a real bad experience and I would not comment here again

Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work, after moving rooms it was still the same, the room was extremely hot which meant I struggled to sleep. Overall a very bad experience.

Disliked: Staff aren’t the friendliest, food ok but lots of the same, rooms could do with upgrading

Liked: The location is perfect. Lovely swimming pool. Simple, every day similar but good breakfast. Nice dinner. Comfy bed. Air conditioning.
Disliked: My room didn't was cleaned every day. Bathroom towels and window curtains were stained.

Disliked: The dinner was just unacceptable. The food quality very poor.
