  Disliked: booked this apartment one week in advance, but unfortunately it was not prepared for new guests at all. The towels provided were wet, the apartment was not clean, and I even found a cockroach inside. The location was also misleading. There are actually two areas called Anza: one down by the coast and another further up the hill. Unfortunately, the apartment was in the upper area, which was much farther than expected. In addition, the balcony is shared with another apartment (not mentioned in the listing), and those guests used a very noisy washing machine at midnight, which made it impossible to sleep. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this apartment.

  I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-equipped place

  Liked: I stayed in this studio with my wife and our baby, and it was a perfect choice for us. The place was extremely clean and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s located in a quiet area, which made it easy for us to relax and feel at home. The studio was well equipped with everything we needed: strong WiFi, good air conditioning, a TV, and all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated the calm atmosphere and the attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and ready for guests.
