Fabulous
Liked: The staff were very good. Especially Mouhcine. And the room was very large and cleaned very well
Disliked: Only 2 restaurants open (one buffet one regular)
Beautiful stay. highly recommend
Liked: Beautifully designed hotel. Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Really outstanding. Great location on the beach front. Lovely food. The heated pool in October. Even though it was still 28 degrees, the other pools were too cold for more than a quick dip.
Disliked: The kids club. When we bought my daughter and her friend a couple of times, there was no craft activity organised despite being advertised. Only colouring which is not craft. This was disapointing. The staff had plenty of time to organise a craft activity (there were no children at this time of year) and have something ready in case children turned up. We stopped going because of this.
Will not recommend
Liked: Very good location
Disliked: Terrible WiFi. Stains on roof. Cobwebs in the room. Ratty carpet
They were very helpful and did everything to make us feel comfortable
Liked: Hassan at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful. He reached out to me prior to my arrival and provided continuous communication and assistance throughout our entire stay.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: Its a normal hotel, doesnt look like a 5 star hotel
Disliked: They open tge door for me by mistake They take a lot of time for check in
