  Amazing stay at Agadir

  Liked: The location was great, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure guests were happy. Very clean, excellent pool, access to beach, has a surf school on site- what else do you want? Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at

  beautiful hotel that could benefit from more staff trsing

  Liked: beautiful property in a great location. the gardens were lovely and the rooms of a high spec. we really enjoyed the breakfast which had an huge variety of different types of food

  Disliked: it is a shame this is not followed through to the staff. the concierge area were very nice but the reception staff were aloof and uninterested except for one young gentleman the beach restaurant staff were slow and service chaotic as were the staff at breakfast the staff could really benefit from some good training so they know what they are supposed to do and how to treat guests.

  Very good

  Liked: I really enjoyed the comfort of the accommodation, the excellent service at the restaurants, and the overall quality of the facilities.

  Disliked: Regarding the level of service at the reception, I found the staff quite unfriendly during interactions; there was also an instance where I called to request water for my room, but it never arrived.

  It was perfect. Our 42nd wedding anniversary, short stay that we both enjoyed

  Liked: Everything. Location, restaurants, staff. It was great. Outdoor heated pool was a delight. The staff were exemplary. The Spa was good fun; we had a few treatments and they were good.

  Disliked: Didn't dislike anything. New experience for us. Will be back.

  Great stay

  Liked: Mahmoud the check in clerk was exceptional in his service skills, made sure we were well catered for and made our stay very enjoyable. Zakaria the lifeguard also made our trip very special providing us with lots of pool side entertainment and stories. Would highly recommend
