Disliked: The room was Delightful - large with a balcony, beautiful huge shower, small details such as beautiful flowers displays. The pool area is so beautiful, lovely gardens and little plunge areas where you can chill is sofas

Disliked: Room advertised on booking.com as having one double bed and one sofa bed. It didn’t. I clearly booked it for 2 children and 2 adults. It was a normal sofa which wasn’t made up on arrival and when we asked for it to be we were met with the suggestion to upgrade to a more expensive room. It was not comfortable for us sleeping on a sofa which wasn’t made clearly not a sofa bed. This was not good enough and is falsely advertised. Room didn’t get cleaned two days in a row even though we set our door to ‘make up room please.’ On check in we were shown to our room with two tired children but the staff member couldn’t find the room, took us to the wrong place and had to go and find a colleague - not a disaster but embarrassing for a 5 star hotel. Poor service at the pool bar. Took an hour for a simple snack lunch.
Excellent cleanliness and breakfast, but limited privacy and no private beach
Liked: One of the few hotels in Agadir where you can expect excellent cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is convenient, right next to Buddha-Bar. Overall, a very clean and well-maintained hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is more family-oriented, with lots of children, so it’s not ideal for those seeking privacy. There is no private beach area, and you need to walk a short distance outside the hotel to reach the beach. The massage was decent, but the Moroccan hammam was fully booked, so we couldn’t try it.
Excellent hotel and staff
Liked: The location was great it was right on the beach, the breakfast was outstanding staff were great and really went out of there way to help us we had booked 5 rooms. As it was my birthday they gave us a free upgrade. They also got me a cake for my birthday.
Disliked: Nothing
I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times previously and had good service but on this occasion the staff were not great
