Wonderful Stay!
Liked: Outstanding!!! Wonderful hotel. Nice location, unique decor, well appointed rooms. Very nice bar and restaurant. Most importantly, great staff. Special shout out to the Guest Relations Manager IKRAM who made me feel welcomed and literally at home, and made my stay more comfortable with her precise attention to details and great guidance. A hotel is given 4 stars but with this kind of customer care and service should get seven stars.Thank you so much Ikram for make my stay more enjoyable and I will be back soon.

Liked: The view and the location were nice
Disliked: The reception wasn’t that helpful. A guy I think his name was Aziz was rude and didn’t want to help at all and made me wait for him.
Average hotel experience
Liked: Let’s start with the positives good location five minute walk from the beach Lots shops and restaurants in the area to go too. Good atmosphere entertainment staff do a good job with activities throughout the day. Room arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the day ready to get to bed and the room had not been cleaned dirty glasses in the bathroom rubbish still sitting bed looks like someone had been laying on the bed, also didn’t get any complimentary water or drinks. It is noisy as if you have a sea view room the street is very noisy throughout the night. The entertainment at night is a bit noisy but usually finishes around midnight.Food at Meal time mostly the same each night with a different rotation of meats, the pudding is also on a rotation the ice cream is very limited as there is only three flavours available and only seem to be one tub of each flavour.meal time seems unorganised as you just walk in and sit down so if the majority do the same they run out of tables and plates
Fantastic week away!
Liked: Currently here on my last day today and don’t want to leave. Me and my daughter have had the best time, we have enjoyed our week at this hotel. The has lots going on and that just how we like it. The staff are amazing, pleasant and will do all they can to help! The entertainment team are brilliant and make an effort to speak to everyone. Towels are available for 100dirhams deposit and you can change them when needed (I was unsure about this before I came so thought I would add to help others who are visiting) It’s a 5min walk from the beach and 20mins walk to the marina. There’s lots going on outside the hotel which we enjoyed. There so many excursions to do (go on get your guide to get the best price) you will have plenty to do. If you’ve never visited Morocco then you need to the people here are amazing here so kind and lovely. I will definitely be coming back to Morocco. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay one to remember ☺️
Amazing hotel and staff
Liked: We had a great holiday in Agadir. The hotel was brilliant. All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they were helpful and chatty and always had a smile on their faces. The food and drinks were good, plenty of choice and the snack bar options were great too, hotdogs, burgers, wraps, fries etc. We usually go AI but eat out a lot and spend a lot of time out of the hotel in the evenings, however the entertainment, both during the day around the pool and in the evenings was so good, we spent more time in the hotel. The animation team are the best I’ve encountered. They included all ages and abilities in the games, spent time chatting and getting to know people and really made the holiday special for us. Gita, Mouss, Anwar, Ikram, Ben, Yass and Yoyo, thank you so much for the memories you’ve helped our family make. You work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. I would recommend the Kenzi to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to return, already looking for next year!
