  A nice sized hotel in Asilah

  Liked: Not a bad hotel at all, easy walking distance to town. Room was a nice size, with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable with a good pillow. Room has a flatscreen TV but I didn’t use it. Nice parking area at front of hotel. Check in and out was a simple uncomplicated process. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of choices available in a large dining room. Hotel has a large pool which was being refilled when we arrived after having undergone maintenance.

  Disliked: The horns sounding from the nearby trains can be a bit annoying but they become less frequent at night.

  Liked: First, the positives: The gentleman at reception was very kind, as were the porter and the cleaning staff. The location is also good, especially considering its proximity to the beach and the train station. That’s about it.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, for the relatively high price, this hotel was a big disappointment. First of all, it definitely does not deserve its 4-star rating. Basically, everything negative mentioned in the previous reviews is true. The breakfast was below average, almost disgusting, with dirty dishes and many inconsiderate guests. The pool water was dirty, and everyone could use the pool without showering first. The hotel itself is outdated, and the walls are so thin that you can hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms. The area around the hotel was also very dirty.

  Really really disappointed

  Liked: the location was good.

  Disliked: I didn't like the facilities; The Hotel is old and needs some serious renovation.. It definitely does not match the pictures. The restaurant was very mediocre and the breakfast really disappointing. The aircon was not working well and the wifi needed to be restarted and I asked several times for help, which they took forever to do. The room towel was not clean and the toilet seat was broken. I am very disappointed, speacially for the high proce I paid.
