I don’t understand why they have a good rating. Not worth at all
Liked: Big size of the room
Disliked: We booked the room for 3 person, a double bed and a sofa bed. But the sofa bed was not prepared at all and the safe box was not working. there is no extra bedding cover in the room. We arrived around 6 pm, they told us the house keeping is not working anymore. After 3 hours around 9 pm, we made 3 reminders calls to the receptionist, no body come to prepare the sofa bed, so I went down to the receptionist, they gave me a duvet without cover and a dirty bedding cover. They insisted there is no house keeping working anywhere, the receptionist didn’t even offer to help to come to make the bed, just handed over the stuff at the reception desk. The next day I had to look for the house keeping staff myself and ask for pillow and bedding sheet etc, and fix the safe box code. The breakfast is very basic and simple. And the hotel location is very noisy area, heavy traffic jam in front of the hotel street most of the time.
Value for money
Liked: Nice big and modern room, with everything you need. Good breakfast. They have also onsite parking.
Disliked: Little bit noisy from the street traffic

Liked: Staff were excellent. Particular kudos to young lady at Reception who was proactive in getting a room change for our fellow travellers.
Disliked: A few more coffee pods would be nice!
I got an room upgrade when I extended my stay. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again
