Liked: The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos on Booking. It is very well located in a central yet quiet area, with everything you might need right nearby. It is a spacious and very clean apartment, offering all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. It also includes private parking in the building's basement.
Disliked: However, there were a few things I didn't like: - The shower needs attention; if you aren't very careful, you could easily cause a flood. - The mattress is a bit firmer than what I am used to. - It is not stated at the time of booking that couples (a man and a woman) are required to provide proof of marriage—yet in European countries, a relationship between a man and a woman is not contingent upon a marriage certificate.
Not good
Disliked: The owner/manager was responsive, communicative, and genuinely tried to help throughout my stay, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the overall experience was still disappointing. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not work at all during my stay. In a warm climate like Casablanca, a functioning AC is an important amenity, and being offered a fan was not a practical substitute. While I understand that the issue occurred during a holiday period and that obtaining a technician may have been difficult, guests should not be expected to go without a key advertised feature of the property. I do not believe the owner intentionally caused the problem, and I recognize that some factors may have been beyond their immediate control. However, there should have been a backup solution, such as relocating guests to another unit or providing alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, the lack of a working air conditioner significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. Because of this, I cannot recommend this property based on my stay.
