Fabulous
Liked: The location
Disliked: The room wasn't good
A little training
Liked: The facilities and the personnel was good
Disliked: While the personnel was kind andd did it best to accomodate us, we noticed that the staff lacks appropriate training to the hotel and restaurant industry. It is worth investing in training at least for the managers that could pass it along to the staff. On the second day of our stay our room was not ready at 5:pm we had to ask and wait!
Liked: All services was very good, included hotel position in the city..thank you
Horrible in general
Liked: Horrible treatment
Highly RECOMMEND

Disliked: Can’t think of a thing,
A warm welcome, calm rooms, a nice location
Liked: excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food, excellent information from the reception for the shuttle to and from airport, booking a driver, friendly staff, a fantastic rooftop restaurant!
Disliked: Everything was perfect
