We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are incre
check in time 3 pm is not acceptable, not anywhere in the world
Liked: Check in time 3 pm is not acceptable when check out time is 12. We are renting the room for 24 hours not for 21. We reached the property at 1:30 and came back after lunch at 2;45 still they were not willing to give the room. Later when we came back at 9:30 pm after city tour, we were shocked to see that our luggage were in lobby as rooms were not alloted and said no two rooms available on same floor. At last we had to compromise for faraway rooms in same floor. Breakfast superb and never seen so specious rooms with separate rooms for shower and toilet

Disliked: I wish they put in more effort into cleaning.The rugs had all sorts of stains,the room was not cleaned for the 3 nights I spent there,trash was not emptied.The hallway smelt of cigarettes
So the staff later realized his mistake and tried to make it up. We were really very disappointed as we never experience
