Very good
Passable, lots of room for improvement
Liked: The hotel has a lovely lobby, and a great size room (we booked the junior suite). The bed was super comfortable. The hotel feels super safe.
Disliked: The bathroom needed refurbishing, as it felt very old and run down. The room smelt strongly of drains. The swimming pool, which was the main reason we booked, was closed earlier than expected. One member of staff seemed very apologetic about this, another suggested we shouldn't be upset about this as we didn't come to Casablanca for the pool. I think due to the earlier closure, some additional compensation should have been added to the stay. The breakfast is passable, but there were a lot of flies. We had to request more water for the room several times before we received any and often we could not reach room service over the phone.
Lovely staff and great room, but disappointing dining service
Liked: The hotel is really nice! The staff there are simply wonderful! Words aren't enough. The girls at the reception are lovely, and the security guard at the entrance is amazing! Receiving such warm treatment is the absolute best. The room is great too..everything is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with a big and lovely balcony.
Disliked: The dining room is very beautiful, but the service there is really not good. If we didn't mention that things had run out, no one replaced them. It took them a long time to clear tables. There was a wide variety of food, but it was tasteless... and the coffee machine didn't work well at all. So in short, disappointing.
Disliked: The keys were not working at all and a stuff member had to come with us. Not convenient
Very disappointed in our stay
Liked: You get a bed, a bathroom, and somewhere to sleep for a night if you really need it.
Disliked: Food was not good and outrageously expensive. Don’t worry there’s a McDonalds close by. Service was incredibly slow. Staff did not greet or aid us upon arrival. Hotel advertised their pool when making the purchase but closed it for renovations while we were there. Location was far from downtown Casablanca and the taxis were expensive.
Liked: The room was big and comfortable and we had a huge balcony giving us a view of the city.
Disliked: The pool looked bigger from the photos and the area for the pool is a bit small
