Bring something to kill the cockroaches
Liked: Nothing, there was nothing positive about it at all. The only thing I can say is I won't ever forget my experience staying there
Disliked: Everything. An absolute nightmare waking up to cockroaches sitting on the wall inches from your face. Chasing them of the washbasin and the toilet

Disliked: DISGUSTING, COCKROACHES AND UNBELIEVABLY UNFRIENDLY STAFF 🤮🥴😭 Avoid and don’t even consider to sleep there or entry the house! I arrived at the evening. The receptionist pretended to not speak English saying that hotel is full… As I said I already paid, he found my room. Five minutes after I walked in, i met few of cockroaches 🤮… had to search for another hotel and didn’t get money back and reclamation was impossible because I paid in Internet… they didn’t answer also per booking. Another room was also impossible because “it was full”. Impossible, disgusting, never should work. It should be controlled and closed. Terrible, disgusting, disappointing
Disliked: The worst experience in my life. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I booked and they confirmed when i arrived at the hotel they told me it's full and it was almost midnight and i had nowhere to stay. And i wasn't even refunded

Liked: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Facilities, Unexpected Charges & Unhelpful Service Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not stay here again. The biggest problem was the bathroom, which was in very poor condition. Some fixtures appeared to have been replaced or repaired without proper covers or finishing. The bathtub/shower area did not even have a proper holder for the handheld shower sprayer. The washbasin and surrounding plumbing/fixtures also appeared poorly installed and maintained. Overall, the bathroom desperately needs renovation and proper maintenance. The bedroom itself was generally acceptable at first glance, but even there we experienced problems. The bed made noises when moving, and some of the towels provided looked extremely old, worn, faded and even torn. Hotels should not be giving paying guests towels in this condition. Another major disappointment was the service. One member of staff was good and helpful, and I want to acknowledge that. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the other staff members was completely different. At reception, I was told that I needed to pay an additional €16 after I had already made and paid for my booking. I found this extremely frustrating because I was not expecting this additional charge. Instead of clearly and calmly explaining exactly what the charge was for, the receptionist repeatedly insisted that I needed to pay. His attitude made the situation even more unpleasant. I believe hotels should make every mandatory charge completely transparent before guests arrive. What upset me even more was what happened with my pregnant wife. She had luggage, a trolley and a baby bag and needed to get everything downstairs from the first floor. According to my wife, the person at reception remained sitting there and did not even offer to help her with the bags.
Disliked: You especially hated these things about the hotel: The bathroom was in terrible condition, with poorly finished fixtures, missing or improper covers, and a shower sprayer without a proper holder. The washbasin area was badly fitted and looked poorly maintained. The bed made noise, which affected the comfort of the room. The towels were extremely old, worn out, faded, and torn. You were very unhappy about being asked to pay an unexpected extra €16 after already making and paying for the booking. The gray-haired receptionist was very annoying and pushy, repeatedly telling you that you had to pay instead of properly explaining the charge. Your pregnant wife received no help with her luggage, trolley, and baby bag when going downstairs from the first floor. You were especially upset that the receptionist apparently sat there without offering any assistance while your wife struggled. The housekeeping woman was rude, questioning why the room had been left messy instead of speaking professionally. Apart from one staff member who was good, you felt that the overall customer service was extremely poor. You hated the general lack of hospitality, maintenance, professionalism, and respect for paying guests. The two things that seem to have upset you most were the unexpected extra charge and the fact that no one helped your pregnant wife with her luggage.
