Good
I would stay here again for the breakfast!
Liked: The lobby staff ( 2 gentlemen) who helped with luggage, directions and restaurant recommendations and served us tea were genuine and friendly. They made us feel very welcome. Breakfast had an extensive selection of pastries, cold items, eggs, olives and many other items as well as fresh juices -amazing beet and orange juices. The room was comfortable. Overall great value and would stay here again.
Disliked: Massage service was ok but the spa entry was not very clean and a bit run down.
Location proved to be great for a solo visitor
Liked: Staff were helpful and we loved the welcoming cool interior. The single room was a nice first night in Morocco!
Disliked: N/A
Friendly helpful staff beautiful common areas, rooms need some TLC
Liked: The interior common areas are beautiful. Very much in ornate Moroccan style from wood work to tile work and colors
Disliked: The rooms while individually styled in fun Moroccan furnishings are sadly in need of expert maintenance and repair.
Liked: The interior and decoration was really Morocco style.
Disliked: The surroundings are not good to walk around at night. The staff, specialy at the reception were not very attentive to the customers, seems always busy with something else, but not you. Some dégradation of the bath rooms.
One of the best and clean Hotel in Casablanca
