Good
Liked: The location is excellent, directly across from the Casa Port Terminal and in a nice area close to the old medina. The rooms are small but well designed, quiet and comfortable. As a budget hotel I would gladly choose to stay again and recommend to other travelers.
Disliked: The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. The food was average, especially considering the price for the dinner buffet which was $20. What I found strange that after agreeing to pay the $20 for the dinner buffet they charged an additional $3 for a cup of tea and an additional $3 for a second cup!
Good value for money but noisy
Liked: The hotel was very well priced and in a good location.
Disliked: Outside noise (road traffic) will not suit light sleepers. My room stank of dampness (but it was clean and in good decorative order).

Liked: The location was good, right next to the Medina, an easy walk to the Hassan 2 mosque, the room was comfortable, but the breakfast was ok.
