Very good
modern stay at Casa
Liked: great breakfast with delicious Morrocan pancakes great view on the whole city from the room
Disliked: no open space I mean a dedicated area terrasse or balcony where you are not just indoors and where you can breath fresh air
Not happy with hotel this stay. I don’t think I will try it again
Liked: Exelaint location,very nice comfortable bed however the bath room appliance was very old broken, I have to fix and titan the shower my self, I stained in this hotel before was very nice excellent room but not this time,
Disliked: - the bath room and the appliance. - there is no warm water either very hot or very cold, I had difficulty taking showers.
Disliked: I booked a room with two king beds for other guests. However, when they checked in, they were initially given a room with only one king bed, which was different from the reservation. They had to go back to reception, explain the situation, and request the correct room. What I find particularly surprising is that the hotel did not seem to have the correct information regarding their booking in the first place. On top of that, they were asked whether they had already used anything or left the first room in a mess before the room could be changed. Considering that the mistake was not theirs, this made the situation even more uncomfortable. I am honestly disappointed by this level of confusion, especially from such a well-renowned hotel, where I would have expected much better attention to booking details and a smoother check-in experience.

Disliked: Breakfast was a real disaster, tables are not being cleaned, no water is being served. Cutlery needs to be taken from other tables. The breakfast waiters are more busy with their cell phones or chatting with other staff in stead of attending to the guests. The room needs to get some serious dusting & vacuum cleaning.
