Disliked: Dirty, filthy, cleaners walked in when my wife was changing and ac wasn’t working the whole time. I bet this hotel will be shutdown if there is inspection. Disgusting!!! All i got from them is sorry Do not waste your money and time.

Liked: The place was not clean, our room, air conditioner was not working, floors, dirty and nasty, furniture was dirty, stains, and used, it was a smell in the room. The hallways had gun. And dirt and stains on the floor. My husband and I have work hard not to experience this type of living. We stayed on night and ask for another room. They showed another toom.it was the same. The hotel needs to be close and remodel. The staff was nice but everything else. We ask for our money back. The manager said no problem. Bit we still haven't received oir money back for the 6 days. I rebook under booking.com to another hotel. And our needs were answered. So when will we receive oir money.

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Kyriad Hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On arrival, there was no electricity in my room, meaning that the fridge and lighting were non-functional. Despite notifying the reception, the issue wasn’t resolved promptly. I was asked to return the following day to accompany the electrician, which was inconvenient and not what I expected during a leisure stay. Additionally, my room was not cleaned throughout my stay, and the reception staff was unresponsive to my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families or couples seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
