Fabulous
Every thing was good
Liked: The two sisters simaa and Hajebah they were very helping full and all of the stuff
Disliked: Nothing
Great location, excellent furniture & AC but disappointing quality of service
Liked: Convenient location, quiet & peaceful terrace in despite of being in downtown, high quality furniture especially beds, spacious rooms and working AC were great assets of the property.
Disliked: Overall quality of amenities and services such as shampoo bottles, towels & toilet paper supplies were not at the expected level for the pricing. The bathroom door knob was broken and kids were locked up inside and it was a big problem. Although they tried to fix it, but never succeeded. So we had to keep using the bathroom with an unpleasant and inconvenient situation during the entire stay.
Liked: Location, view, quiet
Disliked: Not enough toilet paper, the coffee machine didn't work, we talked to management and showed her problems, she reassured us she'd bring more toilet paper and more coffee to try the machine again. She never did. When we asked after a few hours, she said the housekeeping should have brought more. Then said " je m'excuse". We stayed 1 night more and no one came by to give toilet paper or check the coffee machine. We had less than 1 roll for 3 guests, and 2 coffee pods for 2 nights.
Liked: Joli appart
Not recommended
Disliked: ⚠️ Worst Hotel Experience Ever ⚠️ This place is a complete scam. The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. After paying the full amount- twice, we were treated with zero respect. They literally tried to kick us out, slammed the door in our faces, and one of them even tried to hit us with a laptop! If the security and police hadn’t intervened, the situation could have become even more dangerous. Because we asked him that the payment was done twice!!! On top of that, the room was tiny, uncomfortable, and dirty. The mattress was so hard it felt like sleeping on a rock. Nothing about this place feels like hospitality — it’s stressful, humiliating, and absolutely not worth your money.
Cómodo y limpio
Liked: It was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: They had only 1 towel but we asked for another one and they gave it to us. The WIFI it wasn’t good.
