Liked: The apartment fully corresponds to the price we paid. In Europe, we would have paid much more for accommodation of this size. The apartment is spacious, has two bathrooms, an attractive design and a very good location. The hosts welcomed us on time, treated us well, responded to our questions and were helpful throughout our stay. However, the apartment has great potential that is currently limited by a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. It clearly needs a thorough deep clean: the curtains should be washed, the windows and balcony glass cleaned, the floors and tiles properly washed, and the dust removed throughout the apartment. There is sometimes an unpleasant smell of cat urine, and the kitchen has a sewage-like smell. Old cleaning cloths, sponges and various cleaning products are also left around the kitchen, giving the impression that the apartment had not been properly prepared before our arrival. Some maintenance is needed as well. Several electrical sockets need repairing, some plumbing fixtures may need replacing, and the doors do not close properly. One door drags along the floor and scratches the tiles. Although the constant draught can be helpful for ventilation, the doors themselves need attention. Another inconvenience was the lack of additional keys. There were three adults staying in the apartment, and we often went out separately and returned at different times. Having at least two sets of keys would make a significant difference and give guests much more flexibility. It would also be nice to find a few basic essentials upon arrival, such as a little washing powder, tea, coffee and sugar. Guests may arrive late from the airport and not want to go shopping immediately just to have a cup of tea or coffee. Even a few tea bags, including ordinary black tea or chamomile tea, would be a thoughtful touch. These are small, inexpensive details that help guests feel welcome.

Hotel is really very comfortable, clean and has very nice location. The bed was wonderful. The Bus 056 near Hotel is going direct to the Mosque Hassan. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Especially we are very satisfied and thankful to Fatema. We recommend this Hotel with pleasure!
