Good
An excellent stay, friendly staff very good price and clean rooms
Liked: The breakfast is good and the location is amazing. I enjoyed the stay as the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There is no iron and iron board and the laundry service is outside the hotel.

Disliked: no bidet nozzle in WC and no hair dryer in bathroom
Liked: Hotel is quite grand on entering. Bar is and lobby area is great. Breakfast is very nice.
Disliked: Kept us waiting an incredibly long time at reception. There were 3 people behind the counter, with no regard for helping customers. Room was unclean, with dirt on the floor and dust. We also were given not enough pillows in the room, when we requested more, nobody came. After chasing, someone arrived around 1hr later, with a water bottle. No pillows ever arrived. We were charged different prices to what was advertised on our booking confirmation.
The hotel need a renovation and the beds, sheets and blankets are old and not clean
Liked: Good breakfast. Very good location close to seaside walk and Medina. Many good restaurants in the area. Taxi station just out of the hotel.
Disliked: Basically a good experience, nothing negative to underline.

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. The bar is open from 17:00 to 00:00.
Room service is available from 06:30 to 23:30.
