Good
Room-pictures do not live up to reality
Disliked: The pictures for the room show a big terrasse with multiple couches. Ours fitted 1 chair and was barely enough to hav 2 people stand on it. Part of the room felt old and worn out. Breakfast was a sad affair: stale coffee, dried out sandwich toppings,...
Liked: The staff was helpful. The rooms were large, although the photos differ from reality. The location, right in the center, was very good. Breakfast was also good. The room and terrace were fine.
Disliked: The hotel isn't the newest and shows signs of wear and tear. It could use a refresh. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The only disappointment was the different room than the Executive room I booked. It was different from the photos, smaller, and on a lower floor than the one I'd booked for the Executive room, which didn't have a terrace with a view. Unfortunately, it couldn't be changed due to lack of availability.

Liked: The location is around the corner from a main boulevard, which means that it is quiet but easy to move around. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The management and staff were incredibly helpful and helped me with travelling issues. Nothing was too much trouble. They attended to everything. Very inexpensive considering the service and rooms. Some rooms have their own balconies which is enjoyable on a warm day and evening. The management arranged transportation to the airport in Mercedes Benz minibus This is a genuine review.
Disliked: Everything went well. The hotel and staff were so much better than ANY of the medium priced hotels that I stayed at in Morocco. I travelled for 16 days and the hotel was head and shoulders above the other hotels. It has its own restaurant and a spa which I did not use.
Nice stay for a special occasion
Liked: The bathtub was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was yummy.
Disliked: The housekeeping knocked on the door at 8 am when we were still sleeping, and the terrace did not look like the photographs.
Disappointed
Disliked: Don’t ever like saying things that did like however the apartment did not meet expectations that I thought we had book and did not look anything like the pictures. It was not cleaned very well and all the furniture was very used and dirty. The terrace they don’t mention is shared with anyone and has direct access to the bedroom which did not feel safe.

Liked: Friendly staff Comfortable bed Big room and terrace
Disliked: Not clean Noisy Fire alarm went off during our stay Stressful check in due to misunderstanding with payment
