Fabulous
Liked: Close to the Ocean and City Centre. Keys can be picked up
Disliked: Dirty air vent in the toilet. No way to open the windows,so if you need fresh air you have to turn on the AC which can dry out your neck and nose. Kitchen wasnt as clean as you can expect, better to wash the dishes again before using.
NOT RECOMMENDED
Liked: Good Location
Disliked: I recently booked a 2-night stay expecting the cozy room shown on your website. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was given a different room that wasn’t disclosed in advance by the owner. The room had a strong cigarette smell and a persistent toilet odor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I contacted the owner to request a room change, but received no reply. I ended up booking at the hotel next door that night and informed the owner, still with no response. The next day, I texted again requesting a refund for the one unused night, but again, no reply. This lack of communication turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a frustrating experience especially on Christmas days!!
Great apartment
Liked: Very spacious. Big windows. Sixteenth floor views. Complete apartment.
Disliked: No shampoo or bath gel.
Comfortable place
Liked: Good location. The room is large.
Disliked: Everything is fine but it will be better if the owner could send the room information and instructions to enter the building in advance.
Casablanca great spot
Liked: Clean great location secure building with security guard
Petit nid review
Liked: The location was good as it was close to the Port Railway Station, tramway & taxis.
Disliked: The property is old & badly maintained. We found a used towel in the shower, no tea bags, very little coffee, no latch on the bathroom door which stays wide open, cockroaches in the room, bed bugs. No ironing board. Door hinges of cupboards broken. The bath/shower gel was strange as it wouldn't work. Had to walk up & down 8 levels as the lift was out of order on one day. Left a note for the owner in the key box to look into these issues, but his interest was only in us paying the city tax which we did on the day we arrived. Unhappy!
