The cleanliness was unacceptable, especially under the beds, where there was visible dirt and dust. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning did not work properly. To make matters worse, some staff members were rude and unprofessional. I was also surprised that the hotel could not even provide a bottle of water when I asked, as they claimed they had none available. Overall, the hotel lacked basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here, as my experience was far below expectations.
