Liked: Very nice area with restaurant,shops, park and many more things to do in a walking distance. The apartment is spacious with a huge terrace. The swimming pool is very clean and the building security are wonderful.
Disliked: The kitchen smells bad and the equipment are very old. The rooms and the living do smell good but the glass of the windows specially the big one in the living room is so dirty and the floor too.

Finally, at 10:30 PM, he messaged me on WhatsApp apologizing for the delay—even though I had already paid for the entire stay. He said he would cancel the booking on his end so I could get a refund, but nothing happened. I filed a complaint with Booking.com about this, but it was truly a nightmare; we had to spend three hours looking for another apartment after having been on the road all day. One of us is diabetic and fell ill—even losing consciousness—due to the exhaustion and the long wait. It was completely unprofessional; in the end, there was no apology and no assistance provided. The matter is currently being handled by Booking.com, and I have all the proof.

Liked: The terrace,it was very peaceful place in a good neighborhood
Disliked: One of the bathrooms was not getting the water drained and the floor was always wet and we didn’t have a rag to clean it
Liked: No toilet paper, no enough towels, noisy neighbors and dirty apartment
Disliked: No supplies, dirty and crazy screaming neighbors
