Very good
Great rooms but the breakfast options are limited
Liked: Very comfortable and spacious room (611). The hotel is next to a busy road, but the room remained pretty quiet. Spacious bathroom and plenty of storage space. Good value for money.
Disliked: Breakfast was no better than some of the 3* hotels I stayed in (coffee machines were only providing warm milk and items that were used up were not replaced in a timely manner i.e. jams etc). Cooked breakfast options were good. The room was clean overall, but attention to detail is what should set 5* hotels from others (I observed the same stains on the bath edge and around the sink during my 4 day stay).
Central location, good hotel
Liked: Generally comfortable hotel. People are helpful. We had a rooftop bar experience; it was nice. staff was very nice there.
Disliked: The location is central, but it causes traffic and other difficulties to reach. Also, the elevator is slow and uncomfortable. One day there was no light at the elevator, one day we wait like 5 minutes.

Disliked: Everything was BAD, only 2 elevators ( too slow ) The smell in the room BAAAD AND MORE
Short and sweet
Liked: Very well located and well-designed property. I booked for one night and received an upgrade to a suite. Staff were very helpful.

She kindly arranged a spacious room on a higher floor, welcomed me with a warm and friendly attitude, and made the check-in process smooth and quick without any unnecessary waiting. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She genuinely made a difference in my experience, and I am very grateful for all her efforts. Thank you, Madiha, for your outstanding hospitality and for making me feel so welcomed. She is truly an asset to the Radisson Blu team!
