Highly recommend
Liked: Brilliant staff - couldn't do enough to help us. Customer service is on point. My parents left a few bits after check out, and they kindly kept them aside for collection. It's these great touches that make such a difference.
Disliked: Totally out of their control but there were issues with the lift during our stay. And also there was a bad smell in the apartment we stayed in (due to something being stuck in the AC). Raised both of these and options were provided - different apartment, complimentary apartment clean, etc. But as we were only there for a few days, had unpacked and hardly in the apartment, we stayed there. Really appreciate you wanting us to have a great experience though, and would stay again in the future for sure!

Disliked: الغرفة صغيرة جدا جدا الاستقبال تلاعب معي واعطاني غرفة صغييييرة وبعد الاعتراض اعطاني غرفة اكبر ولكن مكيف لا يعمل وبعد الاعتراض اعطاني غرفة متوسطة بها تكييف جيد وهذا وهو يراني متعب جدا من السفر ولم يقدر ويرحم حالي بل بهذلني لا يوجد اي ادوات نظافة
