Guest reviews
Very good
A wonderful stay with exceptional service and a spacious suite
Liked: I had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful and lovely, especially Rania. The service was perfect. The suite was very spacious. I had an issue with the water upon arrival, but the staff managed to fix it very quickly.
Disliked: There were ants on the living room table.
Liked: The reception staff were so helpful, provided great suggestions for places to eat and helping with transportation. The Royal Hammam by Zinep was amazing. After the spa we ate on with a freshly prepared tajine chicken with lemons and olives.
Disliked: Some of the room needs refreshing and the water pressure in the shower was low and overnight the running water was cut.
Disliked: Shower had no hot water pressure, you choose either pressure or hot water, the entire unit had very dim lighting and some lights didn't work, bed sheets were clean but stained, furniture was stained, walls were starting to peel
Room for improvement
Liked: Location wasn't too bad
Disliked: The use of the steam room was an additional cost, did not cater for Vegans. Room smelt of Tobacco.
Nice place to stay with your family, good quality-price
Liked: Very nice place to stay with your family. Apartment was clean, and staff was very friendly. We had great Moroccan breakfast. Location is quite central!
Liked: I was particularly pleased with the staff, who were both wonderful and incredibly helpful.
Disliked: What I found less than satisfactory: There was a distinct odor of cigarette smoke in the hallways.
