Liked: Location is good and staff is kind.
Disliked: There's a lot of mold behind the tapestry on the walls. It is a serious issue that should be addressed properly.
Great city stinky room
Disliked: The room had a very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom

Disliked: I originally booked a two-night stay but had to leave after the first night due to multiple serious problems with the property. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, the hot water was inconsistent, and the hairdryer did not produce hot air. In addition, the bath towels did not appear clean, and both the living room and bathroom were extremely cold, making it very uncomfortable to stay. Because of these conditions, I became concerned about my health and decided it was not safe or reasonable to continue my stay. I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. Although the host offered another room at check-out, I did not feel confident that the issues would be resolved, so I chose to leave. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I hope the property addresses these issues for future guests.
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful and make sure we were comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities worked well. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The place had a lovely verandah with a great view.
Accomodation with great host in heart of the blue city
Liked: We received a warm friendly welcome and support from the staff. Anass arranged taxis to take us to both Akchour and back to the airport. The location is excellent for walking to the tourist sites and cafes in Chefchauoen. The freshly cooked breakfasts were ample
Disliked: Athough not an issue for us personally, as noted by some other reviewers the bathroom was quite basic and stairs down to property quite steep.
Liked: Usual Morocco breakfast, with omelette included. Close to the attractions, there is a paid parking nearby.
