Excellent!!!
Liked: Great location, wonderful room, delicious breakfast, and the most helpful, kind, and hospitable hosts.
Disliked: Nothing- I look forward to staying there again.
Liked: Generally everything. The location is good and close to the parking, but you have to climb stairs, so not so easy with heavy bags. But the workers of the hotel do their best to help transporting the luggage.
Disliked: Maybe only the fact that the hotel doesn't have much common space to sit around, just the roof terrace.
Lovely place with kind service and stunning views
Liked: Rafik the host was very kind and hospitable. He made us feel very welcome. The location, room, breakfast and terrace were all ideal
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace is great. My room on the groundfloor would have been nice if it had had the "window" opening to somewhere else than the room where everybody comes in through.
Disliked: Because of the location of my room it was rather noisy and a lot of light got in through the door (it had glass panels and only a thin curtain)

Liked: We had a great stay at Casa La Palma. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The place is clean and well maintained, and the breakfast is truly amazing,fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!
Enjoyable stay!
Liked: Properly is located at to the top part of the town. Has amazing views of the entire city. A short, though steep, walk to all the major sites in the town. Hosts assisted us to carry our luggage from our parking spot which was only about 6 min away from the hotel but because of the hilly nature of the town required some effort. Hosts were very friendly, informative and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. we extended our stay an additional night. The breakfast was simple but tasty—they gave us different items from one morning to the next, which was a wonderful change from the repetitive breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels. It kept things fresh and enjoyable.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit hard. A suggestion for the hosts is to include the google map location in their instructions guiding future guests to the parking location.
