Liked: Dar Bleumain was a nice Riad. The room was beautiful and comfortable bed.nice breakfast, value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 😐
Disliked: The bathroom to our room wasn't functional. The shower was broken, and there wasn't any storage space for toiletries. It was just a pity because the room was beautiful and comfortable.

Disliked: Reaching the property was extremely difficult, especially for our family members who are over 60 years old. The accessibility to the hotel is very poor, and the journey to and from the property was physically demanding and exhausting for elderly travelers. This was not adequately communicated to us before our arrival, and it significantly affected our overall experience. Immediately after checking in, we informed the property that we would need to cancel our second night's stay due to the serious accessibility challenges. The property representative verbally assured us that a free cancellation would be accepted and instructed us to submit the cancellation request through Booking.com. Following their instructions, I promptly submitted the cancellation request through the booking platform. However, despite their prior verbal confirmation, the property never approved the request and failed to honor what had been agreed upon. We did not cancel the second night for convenience or a change of plans. We were forced to do so because accessing the hotel was extremely difficult, particularly for elderly guests. The property's handling of this situation was disappointing and unfair. Not only were our concerns ignored, but the assurances provided by the property were ultimately not honored, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience to our family.
Liked: Very good location Very clean Lovely breakfast in a fabulous rooftop with fabulous view. Very good breakfast and excellent coffee.

I would definitely book it again. The connection with Boche Rouge restaurant was really nice for our first evening there
Liked: The reception upon arrival was great. Our room was just right for the two of us.
Disliked: The street noise was a bit much but got quiet as the evening went on.
Lovely place to stay in Chefchaouen
Liked: Bleumain was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location in the Medina. Staff were kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was an incredible spread on the rooftop (if not raining) was lovely.
Disliked: Was fine for us, but for those booking there are several stairs to navigate to get to rooms and the rooftop. But if that isn’t an issue would definitely recommend.
Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights
