Liked: The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful breakfast on the rooftop with an excellent view.

Liked: It’s a beautiful riad-style house, and the owners are exceptionally kind, open, and friendly, I would highly recommend it. It’s comfortable and safe, and we were amazed by the interior, which is beautifully designed and arranged, full of charm and character. There is also a rooftop terrace with amazing views and panoramas. Breakfast was freshly homemade and simply delicious. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. P.S. If you arrive by car, drive to the end of the street where the hotel is located, there is a safe parking area there.
Liked: Perfect location, amazing host, spectacular view from the terrace, delicious breakfast, cozy and clean environment! We really enjoyed our stay here and we felt super welcomed by the staff!
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard. Everything else was perfect
Liked: The man hotel manager (or owner) is very pleasant, good breakfast
Disliked: Was rather cold in room and espessially in bathroom, we had to use a heater. No lift and big stairs, totally not comfortable with suitcases. There is a parking nearby but with very annoing and unpleasant stuff contrilller who does northing but asks for money.
Liked: Great location on the edge of the Medina. Room was OK, nice and rustic but maybe a bit too rustic... Nice breakfast on the terrace.
Disliked: Be prepared you have to pay with cash at the end of your stay. This wasn't made clear. Surely a bank transfer would be beter for everyone. We had to walk a fair way to find an Atm which charged us over £10 so basically put the room price up. There's a fine line between a relaxed/casual vibe and not caring. This place is decent, but maybe the wrong side of that line in places.
