Exceptional
Liked: Nice place, located in a lovely small village near the river. The village itself is photogenic and easy to go to the famous spots. Perfect for people with mobility issues with no stairs to climb.
Ok worth the money
Liked: Lovely location close to the old medina and some really nice restaurants
Disliked: Gas had run out for oven and hob there was no kettle and the toaster didn’t work, when the staff was asked to sort out for us Came across as grumpy and disinterested gas was sorted no kettle or replacement toaster
Amazing view and cost stay
Liked: Bert beautiful location with amazing view! Clean and very cosy rooms, with nice courtyards! Staff was very very nice and helpful, breakfast was also good! Definitely would recommend!
Liked: Dar Domingo is a nice place to stay in Chefchaouen. I arrived at night so it was hard to see where I was going from the bus station. Took a petit taxi and then had to walk. Thank god I had Google maps. But once in daylight you get around it very easily. I had a room overlooking the garden. It was big with two single beds and AC. Bed was comfy and really enjoyed my stay. Have in mind that If you share the room, the bathroom has no door so could be a privacy issue for some people.
Disliked: The breakfast. A bit disappointed. If I have to compare the breakfast with other Riads in Morocco, this one was poor. The cheese was a square slice from the supermarket. Morocco has no many fresh goats cheeses and you get one from a packet. I mentioned this to the manager and I understand the reason for it but still I think breakfast has room for improvement.
