Exceptional
Liked: The place is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were really nice, especially the security guys, who were super kind and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
Wonderful stay in Chefchaouen
Liked: It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast. It was in a perfect spots to see all the sights and I enjoyed the view of the Spanish Mosque from my room and the roof top seating area
Small but good property. But we were happy there. If I return I will stay with them
Liked: Cute place to stay, staff are working hard to provide best of service. Much appreciate young Nada and Mohammed. In fact entire staff are giving their heart and soul to keep gusts comfortable and happy. Lovely people are running this small but well managed placed. They offer generous breakfast posters included invitees, fruits juices butter, honey tea or coffee. It is close to main square and bazar.
Disliked: Difficult to say. But we found it difficult to climb the stairs. That’s is because of our age.
Lovely people, lovely Riad, lovely city
Liked: All of the people who work there in every capacity were amazing. Nada, Yasinne, Hossum, Katrevina (i’m sure my spelling is completely off.. which one of these people are so wonderful when my husband slipped on your very steep steps and fell back down several steps landing on his head on the hard tile. He was straight away taken to hospital and Yaseen stayed with him and helped so much even getting him some dates and bananas. The young woman whose name I do not know completely was beyond being an angel holding my husband‘s head so he will not lift it until the ambulance people came. We are so indebted to her. I hope that she can be promoted and given a commensurate position with her great care and consideration. They were also wonderful, also the young man who bought our luggage his name I never got. We are so impressed by the people not just in Fes, but throughout Morocco, sweet disposition and service oriented they are.
Disliked: It might be good that people to know on your website to expect very steep steps. It is an issue for people getting on an age or with any disabilities

Dar El Rio a breath of fresh air, literally
Liked: Dar Elrio is exactly how it presents. We enjoyed the staff very much. We were served tea after hours and not charged. The rooftop terrace where we had breakfast was comfortable. It is located very close to entrances to the Medina. The decor and comfort of the room was top notch. The room we were in was not the biggest but adequate. The large windows opened to the outside and you could hear the river below. It was like camping by the creek. But by far, the staff were all wonderful and it's a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
Disliked: All was good.
